The action list below reads the current program, so the amounts shown reflect the active rewards rather than a fixed promise for every customer or every shipment.
Shipping rewards are tied to milestones. Your first shipment and later shipment thresholds have their own actions; completing a milestone is different from earning the same reward on every package. Follow the action details in your account to see what has qualified and what is still ahead. Keep using the same account so your shipments and credits stay together.
Other actions include referring a customer, leaving a review and following or sharing our social pages. Open the relevant action in your account and follow its instructions. Some claims require review before credits are approved, so submitting a claim is not the same as having an available balance. Check the claim status before relying on those credits for payment.
Birthday rewards require your birthday to be verified by staff. Anniversary rewards are for customers who have shipped with us. Both are annual rewards, rather than credits you can claim repeatedly during the year. The current action details explain the award; you do not need a second rewards account.

Once credits are approved, they form part of your available balance. Open Rewards in your account to check that balance and the current redemption minimum. The program converts credits to dollars at its configured rate; the account shows what you can use without needing to calculate it from an old promotion.
Choose an invoice when you redeem. Credits are applied directly to that invoice as a discount, not paid out as cash. Review the remaining balance afterwards: if the credits do not cover everything owing, the rest still needs to be paid before you receive your goods. Your account keeps the credit and redemption history so you can see what you earned and where you used it.
