We are not a shipping company; we are a procurement company with shipping services. We provide purchasing services for all clients, which includes handling the shipping and delivery process of the items as well.

What payment methods do you accept for orders?

Our payment methods include cash, checks, and online bank transfers.

Can orders be placed before payment is received?

Once we provide the invoice, full payment must be made before we can process the order for you.

If the products are out of stock, do you provide the client with alternatives?

Yes, we will inform the client that the item is out of stock and ask if they would like us to source it for them.

How are clients updated about the progress of their orders?

From the moment the order is placed to the delivery scheduling process, our customer service representatives and/or sales agents will ensure to update our clients at every step.

How responsive is your CSR team?

Our customer service representatives are impressively responsive and available every day from 8 am to 10 pm.

Is your pricing inclusive of both purchasing and clearance fees?

Yes, our pricing includes item cost, freight fees, duties and taxes, as well as free delivery.

What is the timeline for delivery after a client makes a purchase?

The delivery time varies and is determined by your supplier’s delivery date. For air freight shipments, the turnaround time is 2 business days, whereas for ocean freight, it is 5 business days.

If clients are unable to provide a product list , would you be able to source if provided with item description?

Yes, we have the capability to source items based on descriptions and offer our clients the best available options.

How do you determine whether a shipment should be sent by air or ocean?

The determination is based on the volume weight. Items sized as pallets are shipped via ocean freight, including any consolidated large orders, whereas smaller pieces are shipped via air.

Is there a delivery fee?

Our company is delivery based. This makes our delivery service free.

Do you offer services to the family islands?If so , are there additional fees?

Yes, we offer our services to the outer islands. The charges remain the same, with the only additional fee being for boat or plane transportation from Nassau to the respective island.

What happens if items are lost or damaged during shipping?

We handle the purchasing, so in the event of any issues, items will be returned to the supplier at no cost.

Are there special rates for business clients?

Special rates are determined by the volume and frequency of their orders.

Do you purchase from all online US stores?

We purchase from a variety of online US stores, excluding Shein and Walmart.
