How does my US warehouse address work?

When you sign up, you get a dedicated Fort Lauderdale, FL address. Use it as your shipping address at US stores such as Amazon, Target, and Home Depot.

What is package consolidation?

We hold your packages for up to two weeks and combine them into one shipment at no extra charge. This saves you money on shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Nassau/New Providence: 3-5 business days. Grand Bahama: 5-7 business days. Family Islands: 7-10 business days.

Do you deliver to all islands?

Yes! We deliver to Nassau, Grand Bahama, and all Family Islands across the Bahamas. Same $1/lb rate everywhere, only the transit time changes.

Do you offer ocean freight?

Yes! We offer ocean freight for pallets and large items. Half pallet $200, full pallet $350. Perfect for furniture, appliances, and bulk orders.

Is there a signup or membership fee?

No. Sign up free, get a US address, and only pay when you actually ship something. No monthly fee, no membership, ever.

How do I pay my invoice?

Online by secure card payment, bank transfer, or cash on delivery for approved accounts. Shipments travel to Nassau before you pay. Payment is due before you receive your goods; paying cash on delivery at hand-over counts.

Do you charge dimensional (volumetric) weight?

No. We bill on actual weight only. A 30 lb item ships for $30 by air, whatever the size of the box.

Can I return items I bought from US stores?

Yes. We can receive return labels from US retailers and ship the package back, billed at standard outbound air rates. Restocking fees from the retailer still apply.

Do businesses get volume pricing?

Yes. Restaurants, retailers, contractors, and high-volume shippers can qualify for business pricing, account terms, and dedicated support. Contact us with your monthly volume.

How do I track my shipment?

Every package is visible in your customer dashboard the moment it arrives at our Florida warehouse, with weight, photo, and status updates through to door delivery in The Bahamas.
