Bahamas Purchasing provides purchasing and shipping services for customers who wish to have items purchased and delivered to them. We also offer a service for customers to ship their own purchased items to our U.S. address for onward shipping.

2. Purchasing Services

• Request to Purchase: Once you request us to purchase an item on your behalf, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

• Order Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all details regarding the items to be purchased, including item description, size, color, and other specifications. We will not be liable for purchasing errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Supplier Communication: We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the product ordered and the product received from the supplier. This includes differences in size, color, model, or functionality. Any disputes must be resolved between the customer and the supplier directly.

3. Shipping Services

• Delivery to U.S. Address: Customers may choose to have their purchased items shipped to our U.S. address. We are not responsible for items not delivered to our U.S. address, even if the supplier claims the item was delivered. Proof of delivery provided by the supplier will not constitute proof of receipt by Bahamas Purchasing.

• Handling and Forwarding: Once items arrive at our U.S. address, we will process and forward them to your specified destination. However, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or delays caused by third-party shipping companies during transit.

• Transport Damage: We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to items during transport to your destination. Customers must file any damage claims directly with the shipping carrier used.

• Delivery Delays: Bahamas Purchasing is not liable for any delays in service caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or other third-party entities. Any loss incurred due to delayed shipping is not our responsibility.

4. No Liability for Lost or Misdelivered Items

• Supplier Claims: If a supplier states an item was delivered but Bahamas Purchasing has not received it at our U.S. address, we are not responsible. Any issues regarding non-delivery or misdelivery must be resolved between the customer and the supplier.

• Customer-Provided Shipping: For customers shipping their own items to our U.S. address, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or delayed en route to our address. We are also not responsible for items sent without proper tracking information.

5. No Refunds on Purchased Items

Once a purchase is made on your behalf, no refunds will be issued. This applies to:

• Items that do not meet customer expectations
• Changes of mind after the purchase
• Supplier delays or non-fulfillment

6. Customs and Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions in their country. Bahamas Purchasing is not liable for any additional fees or delays caused by customs processes.

7. Prohibited and Restricted Items

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items purchased comply with all U.S. export laws and the import laws of the destination country. Please note that we do not ship perishable or hazardous materials. Bahamas Purchasing is not responsible for items that are confiscated or delayed by customs due to legal restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bahamas Purchasing be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the service fee paid to us for the specific transaction.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Bahamas Purchasing reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
